The Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s newly formed Human Trafficking Unit (HTU) and the Sandy Springs Police Department assisted the U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement/Department of Homeland Security in arresting Carl Fredrik Skow of Norcross for one count of violation of 18USC1591, sex trafficking of a child.
